Water can get trapped between your garden building's roofing materials and plywood, causing it to rot.

De-lamination and white patches are common indications that your plywood has been affected by wood rot.

Pre-winter is a good time to look for signs of wood rot.

Re-thatching every 5-7 years will help to extend the life of your plywood and keep the inside of your garden building dry.
